Representing Employers and Employees
We are well versed on all aspects of employment contracts, agreements not to compete or solicit business or employees. This includes drafting, negotiation, and application as well as review and interpretation of existing contracts.
Our clients come to us for assistance in ensuring that their employment contracts and covenants provide a comfortable level of protection, particularly in the areas of compensation, bonuses, non-competition and confidentiality clauses, and termination and severance.
We recognize that each of our clients has unique concerns and that contractual provisions and safeguards need to vary from business to business, from person to person. With that in mind, we tailor our employment contracts to each of our client's individual needs in order to ensure the maximum level of protection and enforceability. Unlike other law firms, we do not endorse or employ boilerplate, garden-variety contracts.

We represent clients involved in breach of contract claims. In some cases, our clients are making the breach of contract claim, in other cases we defend clients who have been accused of a breach of contract. For example, we have represented clients whose employers wrongfully discharged them or have promised to provide a bonus or salary increase, but failed to do so. Similarly, we have represented clients whose employees have….
No matter what the contractual breach may be, we help our clients capitalize on the rights afforded to them in the contract, as well as the rights afforded under all applicable law.
