| Please remember: In most administrative agencies, there are strict deadlines for filing claims or requesting hearings. If you think you have a claim or a right to a hearing it is important that you bring the matter to our attention as soon as possible. |

Licensing and regulatory programs
Nearly every individual and business in the United States is affected by regulations and licenses issued by local, state, and federal agencies.
We counsel and represent businesses, institutions, and individuals subject to licensing and credentialing requirements by various administrative agencies. We also advise on compliance issues required by regulatory agencies, including keeping our clients and their constituents up to date on any changes in regulatory, certification, and licensing policy.
Keep in mind: preparing and filing certification and licensing applications can be extremely complicated, and many regulatory matters cannot be properly understood without careful legal analysis. Consulting with us on these issues, our clients find that both time and money can be saved.

Administrative hearings and investigations
Often, administrative agencies will conduct investigations and hearings to determine if an action or behavior is in accordance with agency rules, policy or practice.
We represent clients who seek investigations by administrative agencies and desire remedial action. We represent clients who are the subject of investigations and face serious consequences. Regardless, we offer professional advice during the investigative process in order to provide the best possible outcome through the administrative process.

Administrative appeals and litigation
When our clients object to an agency's decision or ruling, we represent them in an administrative appeal to have that decision modified or reversed. Requests or petitions to have a specific administrative decision or ruling reviewed are often handled by the appeals board within the agency (if there is one), or by the agency itself.
Through the appeal process, we are often able to persuade the agency to set aside the original decision.
Some final agency determinations may be reviewed by state or federal courts. We have extensive experience prosecuting these appeals with all levels of courts.
